Seven West Media have announced their latest partnership with Playground xyz, enabling WA agencies to access inventory at scale across PerthNow & SWM’s extensive regional network via Playground xyz’s marketplace.

Dennie Chung, Digital Advertising Director, said this partnership extends SWM’s high impact mobile capabilities to harness engaged audiences across their trusted news environments.

Playground xyz brings mobile-first technology that seamlessly integrates into SWM’s programmatic Header Bidding stack, enabling clients to trade on brand metrics that matter.

The combination of Playground xyz’s market leading formats and Attention Intelligence Platform allows brand advertisers to deliver digital campaigns to the most interested audiences across Western Australia’s most prominent news brands.

Activation is made easy with agencies able to utilise their internal trade desks to fulfil campaigns or alternatively via a managed service with PXYZ directly.

Karan Kent, PXYZ Head of Sales APAC, said: “Being able to deliver attention-optimised, high impact advertising to PerthNow’s 2.8M unique users on mobile devices represents a leap forwards for the WA ad landscape, and we’ve got the region covered… anywhere from Broome to Albany”.

Chung said: “We are excited to partner with PXYZ as we continue to evolve our mobile-first strategy. The attention economy is real and we are glad that we can continue to add value to our advertisers.”

“PerthNow is currently growing from strength to strength, having recorded over 2.8 million UA’s in May (across all devices) according to the latest Nielsen Digital Media Ratings.”
